The Advanced Muscle Protocol

Building on the CJC-1295 plus Ipamorelin foundation, this stack adds two more layers. MK-677 is an oral GH secretagogue that significantly elevates IGF-1 — the primary anabolic mediator of GH's muscle-building effects. Clinical trials showed meaningful increases in lean mass with daily MK-677. It also dramatically improves slow-wave sleep, which is when the majority of muscle repair and growth occurs. BPC-157 is added at the end as a protective layer — high-volume training puts stress on tendons and joints, and BPC-157's tissue repair properties help keep the structural components healthy during aggressive research protocols. This four-compound approach covers GH signaling, IGF-1 elevation, sleep quality, and connective tissue protection.

🐾 Griffin Says...

Adding MK-677 brings oral IGF-1 elevation to the stack, which changes the anabolic environment meaningfully. BPC-157 is there as the insurance policy — tendons and ligaments do not keep up with muscles during aggressive training research, and protecting them is smart science. Not for beginners, but a well-constructed advanced protocol.

Peptides in this stack

An oral growth hormone secretagogue (technically a small molecule, not a peptide). Researched for GH and IGF-1 elevation, muscle mass, sleep quality, and bone density.
