The Neuroprotection Stack

This stack addresses brain health from multiple angles for long-term neuroprotection. Semax promotes BDNF and NGF expression — these are the neurotrophic factors that support neuron survival, growth, and connectivity. Dihexa promotes synaptogenesis (the formation of new synapses) through HGF/MET receptor activation — animal data showed it to be extraordinarily potent at improving cognitive function in Alzheimer's models. NAD+ supports the mitochondrial energy production and DNA repair that brain cells depend on, and declines with age. Together they address neuroplasticity, synapse formation, and cellular energy — three pillars of long-term brain health. Note that Dihexa is very early in human research and should be approached with appropriate caution.

Brain

🐾 Griffin Says...

Dihexa is the wild card here — the animal data is remarkable but human research is essentially nonexistent. Griffin includes it for research purposes but emphasizes that this is advanced territory requiring extreme caution and very conservative dosing. The Semax and NAD+ components have much better human evidence.

Peptides in this stack

A synthetic peptide based on ACTH fragment. Approved in Russia for neuroprotection and cognitive enhancement. Studied for focus, memory, and stroke recovery.
