The Gut Barrier Protocol

This stack adds Larazotide to the core gut healing combination for a more targeted approach to intestinal permeability. Larazotide is one of the only peptides specifically researched for the tight junction proteins that control what passes through the gut wall. When tight junctions are compromised — what is commonly called leaky gut — larger particles pass through and trigger systemic immune responses. Larazotide directly antagonizes the zonulin pathway that regulates tight junction opening. Combined with BPC-157 for mucosal tissue repair and KPV for inflammatory control, this three-peptide stack addresses gut health at the structural level (Larazotide), the tissue level (BPC-157), and the immune level (KPV). Phase 2b clinical trials for Larazotide in celiac disease showed meaningful improvement in gut permeability markers.

🐾 Griffin Says...

Larazotide makes this stack more targeted than anything else available for leaky gut research specifically. It goes after the actual mechanism — the tight junction proteins — rather than just supporting general healing. The celiac disease clinical data is encouraging. Oral delivery for all three is a significant practical advantage.
