The Deep Sleep Stack

Sleep is when your body repairs itself — growth hormone is released in pulses during deep sleep, cellular repair happens, memories consolidate. This stack targets the quality of that sleep from two angles. DSIP (Delta Sleep-Inducing Peptide) was literally discovered for its ability to induce delta wave sleep — the deepest, most restorative phase. It normalizes sleep architecture and has shown promise for narcolepsy and insomnia research. MK-677 dramatically increases slow-wave sleep in clinical studies — subjects on MK-677 spend significantly more time in deep sleep stages. Together they target both the triggering of deep sleep (DSIP) and the extension of it (MK-677).

Sleep

🐾 Griffin Says...

Sleep is arguably the most underrated recovery tool in existence, and both of these peptides have solid data specifically for sleep quality improvement. DSIP does the inducing, MK-677 extends the time spent in deep sleep. The MK-677 appetite increase and water retention are things to factor into research planning.

Peptides in this stack

Delta Sleep-Inducing Peptide, discovered in 1974. Researched for improving sleep quality, particularly delta wave (deep) sleep and REM sleep.

Role: Supports sleep

Full peptide profile

An oral growth hormone secretagogue (technically a small molecule, not a peptide). Researched for GH and IGF-1 elevation, muscle mass, sleep quality, and bone density.
