- 2Remove plastic caps from both peptide and bacteriostatic water vials.
- 3Clean rubber stoppers of both vials with alcohol wipes and allow to air dry.
- 4Draw the desired amount of bacteriostatic water into a sterile syringe. Common dilution ratios are 1-2 ml per 5mg vial for ease of dosing.
- 5Slowly inject the bacteriostatic water into the BPC-157 + TB-500 blend vial, directing the stream against the glass wall to prevent foaming.
- 6Do not shake the vial. Gently swirl the vial between your fingers until the powder is completely dissolved. This may take a few minutes. If undissolved particles remain, continue swirling gently. Some blends may have slight particulate matter even after full dissolution which is common.
Always use bacteriostatic water for reconstitution to extend shelf life. Avoid shaking; gently swirl to mix.
