How this works

A nasal pump delivers a fixed volume every time you press it — usually about 0.1 mL per spray. Enter how much peptide you dissolved, the total liquid in the bottle, and how many sprays per dose, and this tells you exactly how much peptide each dose delivers. The standard nasal dose is 2 sprays — one per nostril.

Priming & Waste

Prime a new pump with a few sprays before your first dose. The last 0.2–0.5 mL usually will not spray (dead volume at the bottom), so expect a few fewer usable doses than the per-bottle number shows.

Common Conversions

  • 1 mg = 1,000 mcg
  • 0.1 mL = 1 typical spray
  • 1 mL ≈ 10 sprays (at 0.1 mL each)
