The Recovery Sleep Stack

Growth hormone is primarily released during deep sleep — this is not just a saying, it is physiology. The body's largest GH pulse of the day occurs in the first 90 minutes of deep sleep. This stack is designed to both deepen that sleep (DSIP) and maximize the GH released during it (Ipamorelin). Ipamorelin is one of the cleanest GH secretagogues available — it does not raise cortisol or prolactin, making it appropriate for before-bed research. DSIP deepens the delta wave sleep that naturally coincides with GH release. The result is a sleep period that is both deeper and more hormonally productive. This stack is particularly popular in recovery-focused research where sleep quality is the limiting factor.

Sleep

🐾 Griffin Says...

Timing matters enormously with this stack. Both should be administered 30-60 minutes before sleep. The synergy here is elegant — DSIP creates the deep sleep environment that Ipamorelin then maximizes with a clean GH pulse. One of the more elegant research protocol designs in the community.
